Can’t find answers?

Our Customer Support team will be having a little break over the festive season, and we will be closed on 25th, 26th December and 1st January. We aim to respond to Support Tickets within 2 working days normally, but this may take a little longer over Christmas and New Year.

You can speak to our customer support team directly via our support ticket system. Here’s how you raise a ticket:

  • Email us direct or via our form
  • Explain your query as much as you can
  • Your email will generate a unique ticket ID
  • We aim to reply within 72 hours

Our customer support team will attempt to assist you with whatever questions you have, but if you bought your product from a third-party retailer and your query is to do with returns, exchanges, or refunds then we may ask that you contact them for assistance.
