Returning an order

To initiate a return, all you need to do is create a customer services ticket from this page, you can do this at any time 28 days after receiving your product.

We offer free returns on all website orders for 28 days, this only applies to orders placed on this website, if you purchased your product via a third party retailer you must contact that retailer to process a return.

Returning an order is simple, but could take 5-10 working days so please be patient. We will send you a pre-paid address label to post it back to us, you will just be required to package the product(s) securely for transit to prevent any damage.

Cancelling an order

There is a fairly short window in which an order can be cancelled because we process orders quite quickly. If your order has already been despatched or is ready for despatch, it cannot be cancelled and will be posted to you. In this case we will simply issue a returns slip to you to send it back.

If you contact us in enough time to cancel your order before it ships we will simply refund you straight away, but if the order is not cancelled prior to shipment, then the refund will not be processed until it arrives back with us. But be assured you will always get your refund.
